Psalm 139:23-24
Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious
thoughts. See if there is any
offensive way in me, and lead me in
the way everlasting.
What does it mean?
This verse means that this person is
asking God to correct the things he/
she is doing wrong. That person
wants God to cleanse him/her of
their mistakes and sins.
How does it apply to my life?
It applies to your life because it is
basically telling you what to do. It
tells us to let God search through us,
and be in us, and fix all our
wrongdoings. Then, for God to lead
us to heaven after he has cleansed
us of our sins.
Prayer:
God and father, please come into my
life and cleanse me of all my sins and
mistakes. Also, please correct my
actions and forgive me of my sins, so
I can have everlasting life. Amen.
